FIND A SENTENCE OR PHRASE THAT SPEAKS TO WHAT YOU WANT TO COME INTO YOUR LIFE; "I AM RECEIVING OF THE POSITIVE ENERGY THAT COMES INTO MY LIFE".

MANIFESTATION/MEDITATION

CLEAR YOUR MIND OF NOISES AND CLEAR YOUR MIND OF NOISY THOUGHTS, FOCUSING ON ONE IDEA. VISUALIZE THIS IDEA. BE POSITIVE ABOUT THIS IDEA THAT IT WILL ENTER INTO YOU. BREATHE IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE, OUT THROUGH YOUR MOUTH. REPEAT.

SPEAK IN APPRECIATION TO THOSE WHO HAVE POSITIVE MENTALITIES, WHO HAVE GUIDED YOU THROUGH COMMUNICATION, MONETARY OFFERINGS, WITH THEIR PRESENCE, AND LEADING BY EXAMPLE. OCCASIONALLY GIVE TOKENS OF APPRECIATION.

BECAUSE THE WORLD IS CENTRALIZED VIA ENERGY: WHAT WE GIVE INTO THE OUTSIDE WORLD, WE WILL RECEIVE IN OUR INSIDE WORLD, MAY IT BE A PHYSICAL OR INTANGIBLE THING.

IF YOU GIVE HAPPINESS, LOVE, SMILES, AN OPEN HEART, KINDNESS, THOUGHTFULNESS, MINDFULNESS AND SENSITIVITY INTO THE WORLD, YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE THESE INTO YOUR LIFE THROUGH OTHERS IN ABUNDANCE.

JUST AS SO, IF YOU GIVE ANGER, FRUSTRATION, FROWNS, A CLOSED MIND, DISRESPECT, EMPTINESS, DISTANCE, NEGATIVITY, AND DISCOMFORT INTO THE WORLD, YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE THESE INTO YOUR LIFE THROUGH OTHERS IN ABUNDANCE.

 

WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME?

THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG TIME. THE TIME IS ALWAYS NOW.


 

SO WHEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING OR SOMEONE ON YOUR MIND, IT IS TIME.

OFTEN WE FIND OURSELVES IN THE MIDDLE OF THINGS WHEN WE THINK OF THE MOST PRECIOUS QUALITIES OF LIFE THAT WE TEND TO FORGET UNTIL WE FIND OURSELVES IN THE SAME SITUATION WHERE WE "DO NOT HAVE THE TIME".

TRY TO GET IN A HABIT OF THINKING "THE TIME IS NOW".

TAKE A MOMENT TO PAUSE AND MENTALLY OR VERBALLY SAY THANK YOU, WRITE IT DOWN, OR SEND A QUICK MESSAGE TO SOMEONE. EVEN IF IT FEELS WEIRD IN THE MOMENT.

IF YOU CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN, THEN IT IS MEANT TO BE. YOU MAY FEEL THAT SOMEONE IS NOT DESERVING, THOUGH EVERYONE AND ANYONE IS ALWAYS DESERVING.

WE ARE ALL CONNECTED.
