MODULE 1: INTENTION
It is only right that we begin with intention; not only because that is the overall focus of this platform you are currently accessing, but also that intention is the beginning of what clarity looks like in any part of our lives. With intention, we act ahead. We use mindfulness and inquisition to determine what we want our life to look like, breaking it down by the moment in each part of our day. The more we become intentional in what we do, the more we see our experiences how we envisioned them. Through these intentions, we live a happier, fuller and freer lifestyle.
MODULE 2: INTROVERSION
Introversion allows for us to go deeper into ourselves, we may also consider this as innerwork. While we may not always see ourselves how other people see us, there are ways we can see ourselves in the mirror if we are intentional. Introversion is about accepting ourselves for who we were, and understanding that by looking inward we are not only revealing more about ourselves, we are becoming more of ourselves. We can see past selves clearly and feel better about moving forward. Acceptance is a huge part of this process in order for traction.
MODULE 3: INTEGRATION
Integration is where harmony, oneness and interconnectedness exists. Our beingness is not separate from any other being, or living organism, or space that we are in. We are all one. Our reality is a reflection of how connected we are with our environment, other people and ourselves. When we understand how to be more connected with all things, we are balanced between what we need for ourselves and how we can be more for other people and the world. No matter what your purpose is in life, it is to serve. We are to take care of our own home first before we can create and provide a safe space for others to live.
