This piece is not concerned about status, it’s focus is in the variety to move in different ways in this moment. An piece of encouragement to remember to look inward. AFFIRMATION:
I set the bar. Each obstacle that comes my way, I raise my capacity to a higher height. I am outdoing myself and never forget to count the small wins just as much as the big ones. With each level I am learning, reflecting, growing into my greater self.
I see the significance in the levels that challenge me, never seeing them as stopping me, setting me back or going the wrong way. My challenges are what make me stronger and more resilient. There is no bar too high for me to reach, and I find balance in the strides I feel comfortable making because there is no need to outdo anyone but myself. I have nothing to prove and no one to prove it to - but me.
