So Very Reign
10”x20” Canvas, Spray Paint, Acrylic, Gold Leaf Accents
DESCRIPTION:
Rainbow of blue, red, purples, pink, yellow, green; accents of black and gold. Stamped with a crown in gold leaf. Atypical. Not your average rainbow. Not meant to be. Never will be. Beating its own path.
AFFIRMATION:
Rain without rainbows is just as beautiful a day. I am not afraid to stand in the rain. I am not afraid to be the rainbow. I shine in the shadows overcast down onto me, I rise higher and shine my light. I am royal. Queens and Kings before me, wanted me to be me. A wish for me to want for myself and to be more of myself has been passed down to me.
For this, I choose to be royal. Sovereign is my name, and so it is yours, too. I reign, even when it rains. Emanating colors unseen and unheard of, I shine anyway. My crown rests above me and before me. I remember where I have come from. Though it has not been easy, I still reign.
— Layers of paint and techniques used for compositions may result in a unique texture of each piece. It is encouraged to use your vision and hands to discover and stroke the intricacies of your handcrafted artwork. It is one thing to see artwork for what it is, it is another to use your sense of touch to invoke a sense of feeling to become more connected. All pieces have been sealed with a matte finish for durability and to avoid fingerprinting. —
