OUR BODY SENDS US SIGNALS MAY IT BE A DRY MOUTH, INFREQUENt BATHROOM VISITS, DARK TINTED AND SMELLY URINE..

YOU MAY WANT TO INVEST IN A REFILLABLE BOTTLE TO BE ABLE TO CARRY WITH YOU. HAVING THE WATER BOTTLE WILL SIMPLY BE THE GENTLE REMINDER THAT YOU NEED TO REMEMBER WHAT YOU NEED.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE FILTERED OR FRESH WATER AVAILABLE IN YOUR HOME, BOIL WATER TO KILL THE BACTERIA, LET COOL DOWN THEN FREEZE. TAKE OUT WATER BOTTLE TO DEFROST AND HAVE FRESH COLD WATER ALL DAY!

DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU HAVE GOING ON FOR THE DAY, SAY YOU ARE HEADED TO A WORK OUT, TRY DRINKING (16) OUNCES OF WATER ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED WORKOUT TIME.
IF YOU HAVE A 9AM-5PM JOB, TRY TO DECREASE ANY CAFFEINE INTAKE AFTER MAYBE 1PM OR 2PM. IF YOU NEED A PICK-ME-UP, TRY EATING FRUIT, A SMALL SNACK OR EVEN DARK CHOCOLATE TO AVOID AN END OF THE DAY CRASH.

ADD LIME, LEMON, BLUEBERRIES, STRAWBERRIES, MINT or other fruits, veggies and herbs FOR A BOOST IN FLAVOR!
