OFTEN WE MISTAKE THE EVENT OF 'HAVING CONVERSATIONS' TO JUSTIFY THAT SOMEONE SHOULD UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN.
JUST BECAUSE WE SAY WHAT WE MEAN IN THE BEST WAY THAT WE FEEL IT IS BEST COMMUNICATED TO SOMEONE, DOES NOT ENSURE THAT WHO WE COMMUNICATe WITH FULLY COMPREHENds OUR MESSAGE, NOR OUR INTENTIONS BEHIND EACH MESSAGE.
FOR THIS, WE MUST BE CLEAR.
THIS INCLUDES BEING:
MINDFUL. PATIENT. ARTICULATE. SPECIFIC. REPETITIVE. RECEPTIVE.
LET'S BE HONEST.. WE SOMETIMES FORGET:

CHARACTERISTICS OF ALL HUMANS DOES NOT INCLUDE MIND READING
OUR EMOTIONS MAY CARRY THE WEIGHT OF DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS
WE DO NOT HAVE TO BE DISRESPECTFUL IN WITH OTHERS TO GET OUR POINT ACROSS
THERE ARE BETTER WAYS TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITHOUT TENSION AND HOSTILITY
PEOPLE ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND BETTER WHEN WE ARE NOT YELLING
RAISING YOUR VOICE IS EXHAUSTING AND AT, MOST TIMES, UNNECESSARY
AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIORS MAY BE STRESSFUL ONTO ONE'S MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT
WE HAVE CONTROL OF HOW WE CHOOSE TO COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE
WE HAVE SOMEWHAT CONTROL OF HOW OTHERS COMMUNICATE WITH US
NOT TO BLAME OTHER PEOPLE'S ACTIONS FOR THE CAUSE OF HOW WE FEEL
TO HOLD OURSELVES ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT AND HOW WE SPEAK
