EATING FRESH FOODS WITH HIGH NUTRITIONAL VALUE (FREQUENT SMALLER MEALS): WE WILL NOT ONLY FEEL LIGHTER WITH MORE ENERGY, WE HAVE BETTER MOODS, SKIN/COMPLEXION, CONCENTRATION AND PROCESSES.
